10月グループレッスンスケジュール

10月よりグループレッスンのスケジュールが大幅に変更になります。

従来のクラスに加え、トムが担当するクラスが増えます。

ゆる筋：従来通りの運動経験が少ない方向けの簡単な筋トレクラスです。

つよ筋：ダイエットが目的のクラスです。ウエイト器具やファンクショナルトレーニングツールを用いて全身を鍛えます。
